Activation
- If you have signed up online and chosen the “SIM pick-up” option, you can head down to any authorized eight SIM pick up points to collect and activate your SIM card. Bring along your confirmation email/SMS with you and the staff will activate the SIM card and you can start using your services!
- If you sign up directly via the eight retailers: The SIM is already activated! You can start using our service!
We work with Singpost to dispatch SIM deliveries. The mail should reach you within 5-7 working days. Keep a lookout for your SIM card in your mailbox. Your SIM card is waiting for you!
1. Visit https://account.eight.com.sg/activate.
2. Enter your eight mobile number. For port-in, enter your temporary eight number.
3. Scan the barcode behind your eight SIM card, otherwise key in manually.

5. Enter the activation code from your email.
6. All done! Your SIM has been activated!
Please come over in person, as the regulation requires the person who used their name to sign-up for the order to be physically present at the collection point with their Singpass or original physical ID. If the sign-up was done by a family member under their own name, they must be physically present at the collection point for verification.
The activation code is valid for 14 days from the date of order submission. Please activate your SIM card before that. We look forward to having you on our network!
