Mobile Promotions

  1. Zodiac numbers are available online and via our retailers and are while stocks last.
  2. Numbers are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. A number is only considered “secured” once full payment is made and registration is successful.
  3. All mobile numbers must be registered to a valid identity document (NRIC, FIN, or Passport) in accordance with local regulations.
  4. Once a Superstar Zodiac Number is registered and activated, it is strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for a different number.
  5. Superstar Zodiac Numbers are eligible for porting to other telcos only after any applicable contract obligations (if a 1-year plan was chosen) have been fulfilled.
