eSIM

    • An eSIM is a digital SIM that can be used on compatible phones and tablets without an additional SIM card slot is required.
  • You can get an eSIM with any of our mobile plans.

For mobile voice plans, you must sign up in Singapore. Simply choose “eSIM” as your collection method when you sign up online.

If you prefer to sign up in person, our eight retail stores and service centers can also set you up with an eSIM.

  • Post sign-up, you will receive an email with the activation steps. Just scan the QR code to activate the eSIM on your device while you are in Singapore and ensure you do a call or SMS to fully provision the service before activating roaming services.

Do note that the eSIM is a one time use only.

  • As long as your mobile is an eSIM-enabled device, it will work!
