Broadband Promotions

Sign up for eight Broadband at $0.80 for the 1st month 

  1. Promotion is valid from 30 Apr 8:00AM till 31 Aug 2026 23:59 SGT. 
  2. Valid for all successful sign-ups to all eight 10Gbps Broadband plans.  
  3. Eligible customers will enjoy the 1st month at $0.80 and thereafter at the original monthly price for the remaining contract period. 
  4. The promotion is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other discounts.

Mobile Promotions

Up to 8 months FREE credits on your mobile plan with any device purchased

  • This promotion is valid for a limited time only, subject to stock availability and while promotional allocations last.
  • This promotion applies exclusively to qualifying device purchases made through the official eight eShop on shop.eight.com.sg.
  • Upon successful purchase of an eligible device via the eight eShop, customers will receive a promotional voucher code via email alongside their order confirmation.
  • Voucher credits are calculated based on the standard monthly rate of the $8 Double Eight Plan ($8 per month equivalent). For example:
    • 2 months free = $16 total credit value ($8 × 2)
    • Up to 8 months free = up to $64 total credit value ($8 × 8)
  • For existing eight customers, redeem your voucher code via the ‘Redeem Voucher’ section on your eight app. The full credit value will be deposited into your account wallet to offset future mobile plan charges.
  • Multiple voucher codes may be redeemed sequentially by repeating this process.
  • For new customers, redeem your voucher code when signing up for a new monthly or 1-Year voice plan. Any unused credit balance not applied toward the initial checkout transaction will be forfeited.
  • The wallet credits can only be used to offset mobile plans. Huat numbers are not eligible.
  • Customers are responsible for entering the voucher code correctly and ensuring their email address is accurate at the time of purchase.
  • Lost, stolen, or expired voucher codes will not be reissued or replaced.
  • eight shall not be held liable for any forfeited credit resulting from a customer failing to follow the recommended redemption methods outlined in these terms.

  • This promotion is valid from 03-08 Aug 2026 and only available at the eight Day Roadshow @ Cineleisure or at any of our eight Shops.
  • A valid and successful top-up transaction is defined as a minimum of $28 top-up amount. For every successful transaction, $10 additional credits will be credited to the customer’s wallet balance.
  • Additional credits will be credited to the mobile service’s main wallet balance within 7 working days from the date of the successful top-up transaction.
  • Customers are entitled to a maximum of $84 i.e. 3 transactions in additional credits per mobile service throughout the duration of the promotion.

  • This promotion is valid for all successful new sign ups or port-ins from online or at any of our 400+ retailers and eight Shops islandwide from 03-08 Aug 2026 only.
  • All voice mobile plans are eligible, including regular, senior, and 1-Year plans. Data plans are not eligible.
  • For new sign ups: free 1 month in the form of a stacked plan will take up to 7 working days to be tagged to your mobile line upon successful sign up & activation.
  • For port-ins: free 2 months in the form of stacked plans will take up to 7 working days to be tagged to your mobile line upon successful port in.
  • Port-ins from StarHub, giga, MyRepublic, redONE and China Unicom are excluded from the promotion.

  • Any new customer who successfully signs up or port-ins to eight on the $10.80 5G plan is eligible, subject to prevailing regulatory restrictions on mobile line count.  
  • Existing mobile customers can also choose to upgrade or downgrade to this $10.80 5G Value Eight Plan. Prevailing plan change rules apply.
  • This $10.80 5G Value Eight Plan may no longer be available for new line purchase, plan recharge or plan change outside of this promotion period i.e. once the promotion has concluded.

Huat Numbers

  1. Huat Numbers are available online and via our retailers and are while stocks last.
  2. Numbers are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. A number is only considered “secured” once full payment is made and registration is successful.
  3. All mobile numbers must be registered to a valid identity document (NRIC, FIN, or Passport) in accordance with local regulations.
  4. Once a Huat Number is registered and activated, it is strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for a different number.
  5. Huat Numbers are eligible for porting to other telcos only after any applicable contract obligations (if a 1-year plan was chosen) have been fulfilled.
  6. This promotion is not transferable, exchangeable for cash, or redeemable for other products/discounts.
