Billing & Payments

  • Billing begins once NLT activation is successful, regardless of when you start using the service. Your first month comes with 5 extra days on us! That means your first billing cycle will cover 35 days instead of the usual 30 days.

  • You will be billed on a 30-day basis, on the first day of your cycle. Payments are usually charged to your registered payment method saved in your account.

  • Standard fees exclude relocation charges, early termination fees (if you cancel during contract), reconnection fees, and any NLT service charges. A detailed fee schedule is provided in your plan documents.

  • Billing is monthly via your registered payment method. You can view and manage your invoices via the eight app or MyAccount portal.

  • Temporary suspension is not available for our Home Internet service. You may choose to terminate and reapply later.

  • Yes. If you cancel before the end of your 12-month contract, an early termination charge will apply.

  • If we are unable to charge your card on the new billing cycle, your service may be suspended. This means that you will not be able to connect to the internet via our service. If the balance remains unpaid, termination will follow due notice. A reconnection fee of $20 on top of any outstanding subscription fees applies if you reinstate the service.
