You can sign up for a Home Internet service with eight as long as you have a SingPass account.

1. Can get it via online or visit our Home Internet Dealers
2. Get your SingPass ready
3. Enter your postal code to check eligibility of your service address
4. Just go with the flow to complete the journey

- Just follow the flow to complete the journey. Get your SingPass ready.

We are happy that you are joining us! Yes, you can just sign up via online here or proceed to our Home Internet dealers. NLT will need to check to ensure you have available port at your house. If all ports are in use, you can choose to terminate your current service provider or install another port. Charges apply for the installation of a new Fibre Termination Point (FTP) by NLT.
Yes, our Home Internet service is available across most HDBs, condominiums, and landed properties with NetLink Trust (NLT) coverage.
We will be with you through the journey! There are 3 simple steps:
- NLT Appointment: You can pick 3 preferred slots and NLT will update you on the assigned slot.
- NLT Activation: NLT team will reach out to you on the appointment. During the appointment, NLT may or may not need to enter your house to? complete the activation, NLT will update you. Once the activation is completed, you will receive an email notification.
- ONT Installation: Our trusted installers will reach out to you to complete the final installation after the NLT installation. After that you can enjoy 8etter Connection Home Internet!
During the first month, there is extra 5 days in the subscription so that we can ensure NLT and all installation are ready before your billing starts.
Of course! There is no limit to the number of Home internet services you can sign up for under one account.
