  • Sign up easily via our website online or head down to our retailers located here

  • Log in to your eight account to view your plan details, wallet balance, and renewal status. OTPs will be sent to your registered email address.

  • Yes, you can! Simply sign up and verify yourself with your passport and select eSIM. Do note you will only be able to activate your SIM when you reach Singapore.

  • You can sign up the Data SIM Only plan, however please use your Singapore NRIC.

  • Our Data SIM-Only plans are perfect for devices that need internet access but don’t require voice or SMS features. These includes but are not limited to iPad and tablets.

  • Log in to your eight account using your 13 digits Service Number to view your plan details, wallet balance, and renewal status. OTPs will be sent to your registered email address.

  • To terminate your eight Data-Only plan, simply write in to us at helpme@eight.com.sg with your request.

    Before doing so, please ensure that auto-recharge is disabled on your account to prevent any recurring charges before termination. We will process your request promptly and confirm once your line has been successfully terminated
