Yes, our Broadband service is available across most HDBs, condominiums, and landed properties with NetLink Trust (NLT) coverage.

We’ll be with you every step of the way! Here’s what to expect:

Step 1: Book Your NLT Appointment Select 3 preferred appointment slots and NLT will confirm one of them via SMS and email.

• Date & time slot: Please be home as the NLT technician will need access into your residence to perform the activation
• Date only slot: No need to be home! NLT will perform the activation outside your residence

Step 2: NLT Activation Once your appointment is done, you’ll be notified of the outcome via SMS and email:

• Successful: You’ll receive instructions to book your ONT installation
• Unsuccessful: NLT will follow up with you on the next steps

Step 3: ONT Installation Our trusted installers will reach out to schedule the final installation at your home. Once done, you’re all set to enjoy eight Broadband! 🎉

Yes, you can! Here’s how it works:

• With an eight mobile line — You can sign up for multiple Broadband services, all managed under your mobile account
• Without an eight mobile line — Each Broadband service is tied to one email address, so a separate email address will be needed for each additional service

Simply write to us at home@eight.com.sg and we will fix this for you!

All eight Broadband plans run on 10Gbps speeds, perfect for households that demand the best. Whether it’s lightning-fast file transfers, seamless 4K streaming, lag-free gaming, or dozens of connected devices running simultaneously, we’ve got you covered.

Best of all, all our plans come with a mesh-capable eero router, giving you the flexibility to expand your WiFi coverage across your entire home whenever you’re ready.

Check out our current plans and offers here.

Our Home Internet plans are available on a 12-month or 24-month contract (billed at 30 days per month), both offering 10Gbps speeds. Once your contract ends, your service automatically continues on a flexible month-to-month basis, no action needed!

At eight, we go beyond just connecting you to the internet. Here’s what sets us apart:

• 🎁 No hidden costs: We waive your NLT activation, ONT device, and installation charges
• 🛡️ 28-day service guarantee: Peace of mind from the moment you’re connected
• 🌟 Priority support & dedicated special care: Our team is always ready to help
• 📶 Twice a year internet health check: We proactively check in to make sure your connection is always performing at its best

Our 28-day service guarantee is our promise to you. If you experience any connection issues within the first 28 days of your service, we’ll get it sorted quickly. Think of it as our commitment to making sure you’re fully up and running from day one, with the assurance that we’ve got your back if anything doesn’t go as expected.

This service is exclusive for our eight Broadband customers! For twice a year, we will share a diagnosis on your internet health and head down to your home for a check-up if needed!

We are on a Bring Your Own Router (BYOR) model, so you have the flexibility to use any router you prefer! You can reuse your existing router and don’t need to spend extra on that! Don’t worry if you don’t have router, you can just purchase from our trusted installers when they come over!

Our 10Gbps plan is based on XGSPON technology which provides for symmetrical upload and download speeds of up to 10Gbps. To fully enjoy the 10Gbps, please ensure you have the right device.

We do not offer static IP at the moment but do stay tuned!

Think of mesh WiFi as a team of routers working together. Instead of relying on a single router that leaves dead zones in back rooms, a mesh system uses multiple units placed around your home. They talk to each other to give you one seamless, powerful connection everywhere. We power all our mesh plans with eero, one of the top WiFi brands in the world!

We currently offer three mesh plans to suit different needs:

• Plus 8 Duo — $34.80/month, bundled with 2x eero 7
• Hybrid 8 Duo — $36.80/month, bundled with 1x eero Pro 7 and 1x eero 7
• Elite 8 Duo — $38.80/month, bundled with 2x eero Pro 7

All plans deliver great whole-home WiFi coverage powered by eero’s TrueMesh technology!

Already on an eight Broadband plan with a single eero router? You can easily create your own mesh system by adding another eero unit. Simply reach out to us at home@eight.com and we’ll help you get set up!

Our mesh plan comes with a second eero unit right out of the box! Together, they expand your WiFi range so you can say goodbye to weak signals and hard to reach dead zones. Regular plans (except Flex 8) come with just one eero router that is mesh-capable, so it can work with another eero router to create a mesh system.

For most homes, 2 eero units are all you need. If you have a larger space or multiple floors, you can easily buy extra units when our technician installs your ONT. Plus, smart TrueMesh tech from eero automatically routes your signal so you always get the best speed!

We will be with you through the journey! There are 2 simple steps:

1. Book your NetLink Trust (NLT) appointment for NLT activation:
Please select 3 slots for your NLT appointment in order of your preference. NLT will take up to 2 working days to confirm your appointment, and you will receive an email once your appointment is confirmed. Please be at home: If you are required to select a date and time as the technician from NLT will need access into your unit to complete the activation.
You do not need to be home: If you are required to only select a date, NLT will perform the activation outside your residence.2. Book your Optical Network Terminal (ONT) appointment
Upon successful NLT activation, our partner will reach out to you for ONT installation. If you do not have a router, you may purchase it from our installer on the spot. Please be at home during installation.

Don’t worry about relocation! Just email us at home@eight.com.sg and we will fix it together with you! Charges may apply.

This is something NLT can help with! After you sign up with eight and book your NLT appointment, NLT will reach out to arrange the necessary installation. Do note that additional charges from NLT may apply for the FTP installation.

Not to worry! If none of your selected slots can be accommodated, you’ll receive an email notification and can easily reschedule through the eight app at your convenience. Do note that NLT manages their appointments independently from eight, so we appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

If the NLT team can’t make it for your appointment, you’ll get a notification via email to inform you on the new timing. NLT is an independent team from eight and we will do our best to link both parties up!

To reschedule your ONT appointment, just simply contact the installer that called you previously on your appointment or call 8880 8880!

Yes, an adult (18 years or older) must be present to provide access to your home during the installation and testing process. When our team arrives, ensure that you have the QR code (sent to your email) ready, as well as your own router for installation.

Right after the NLT completion, our installer will call you the next day to book your appointment for ONT installation.

It depends on the plan you’re on!

• Flex 8 plan: Yes! Flex 8 follows a Bring Your Own Router (BYOR) model, so you’re welcome to use your own router. Just make sure it supports 10Gbps speeds to get the best out of your connection.
• All other eight plans: A free router is included with your plan, so you’re all set from the get-go!
• Using your existing Optical Network Router (ONR)? You’re welcome to use your existing ONR, but please note that compatibility with our Optical Network Terminal (ONT) cannot be guaranteed, which may result in setup issues. For the best experience, we recommend using a supported router.

Yes, purchase of the router is after the sign-up process, and we have many routers for your selection. When our installer calls you for your installation, just tell them that you need a router and they will do the rest!

Or simply sign up for our 24-month plan to get a FREE WiFi 7 router!

• eero 7
• eero Pro 7 10G

Yes! Eero routers are mesh-capable. For the mesh system to work, both the router and the mesh must be from eero.

A maximum of 4 routers is allowed per customer, and our installers will help you to fix it all up!

An Optical Network Terminal (ONT) is the device that connects your home to the fibre network. It converts the fibre signal into data your Wi-Fi router can use, giving you fast and reliable internet. Our installers will go to your home to help with the installation of the ONT and ensure you can get connected to the internet.

To fully enjoy 10Gbps speeds, you’ll need:

• A 10G-capable router

• Devices with 10G Ethernet ports or Wi-Fi 6/6E support

• CAT6A or higher LAN cables

We will provide an Optical Network Terminal (ONT), a fibre patch cord and a LAN cable.

If the ONT is faulty, contact our support team for assistance. Replacement or service charges may apply if the damage is not due to normal wear and tear.

If your ONT or fibre patch cord is faulty within the contract period, you may request a 1-for-1 replacement at any eight telecom Service Centers (subject to terms). Routers provided by us are supported by the original manufacturer warranty.

eero is a world renowned WiFi brand famous for making super reliable, easy to use mesh systems. Millions of homes rely on them for fast and secure connections, which is why we teamed up with them!

Both are super fast, but the eero Pro 7 is the powerhouse built for heavy internet use and larger spaces. With the Hybrid 8 Duo, you get both: the eero Pro 7 acts as your main router, and the eero 7 acts as a second unit to spread the signal!

None at all! Our friendly installers will handle the entire setup for you during installation. After that, you can manage everything straight from the simple eero app, including checking your WiFi coverage or running range scans.

You sure can. Reach out to us anytime at home@eight.com to expand your setup.

Every eero router comes with a 3 year manufacturer’s warranty:

• 🕐 Grace Period (7 days): You’ll have 7 days to make a manual payment. We’ll send you a reminder so you don’t miss it!
• ⏸️ Service Suspension: If payment is not received within the grace period, your Broadband service will be suspended.
• 🔄 Reactivation: To reinstate your service, simply settle the outstanding subscription fees along with a $20 reconnection fee.
• ❌ Termination: If the outstanding balance remains unpaid for another 90 days after your grace period ends, your service will be terminated with due notice. We’d hate for it to come to that. If you’re facing any difficulties with payment, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at home@eight.com and we’ll do our best to help!

Login to your eight app and navigate to your Broadband service. Click on the bill icon under Payment & Billing > Next Month Bill.

First, test using a wired connection directly to the ONT with a device capable of handling 10Gbps. If the issue persists, check your router and cabling. If the problem continues, contact our support team at home@eight.com.sg.
