You will receive a voucher code in your inbox together with your order confirmation.

For existing eight mobile customers:

1. Go to our eight app > Services > Redeem voucher
2. Enter your voucher code sent to your email inbox
3. The credits will added to your wallet!

If you have more than 1 voucher code, simply repeat the process.

 

For new eight mobile customers:

1. Sign up for a new monthly or 1-Year voice plan.
2. During check-out, enter your voucher code.
3. Your credits will be used to offset the price of your plan.

Do note that any unused credits during sign up will be forfeited – we recommend our 1-Year plan to maximise your credits! Alternatively, sign up for a new plan then add your voucher code after you’ve activated your mobile plan.
