  • Our 1-Year Plan offers you 365 days of mobile plans where you don’t need top-up for a year. The plan entitlement will be refreshed monthly (30 days) and during the last month (12th month), there will be additional 5 days’ worth of entitlement to make the total 365 days plan!

  • This is how it will work, thank you for purchasing annual plans!

    If you are on $8.00 monthly plan (or stacked) and choose to upgrade to $1-Year $11.80 Plan or 1-Year  $18.00 Plan, this will be considered a plan upgrade and you will immediately get to enjoy the entitlements!

    If you are on $11.80 monthly plan (or stacked) and choose to upgrade to 1-Year  $18.00 Plan, this will be considered a plan upgrade and you will immediately get to enjoy the entitlements! If you choose 1-Year $8 plan, it will only start after all the $11.80 monthly plan ends.

    If you are on $18.00 monthly plan (or stacked) and choose to purchase $1-Year $11.80 Plan or 1-Year  $18.00 Plan, it will only start after all the $18 monthly plan ends.

  • Yes once you reach the last month of the 1-Year entitlement, you can choose to purchase a monthly plan or another 1 -Year plan. In the meantime, if you need more data during your 1-Year Plan, you can buy add-ons at just $3.88. Learn more here https://www.eight.com.sg/plan-add-ons.

  • The 1-Year Plan is a special deal so it can’t be paid using existing wallet balance. You can use the existing wallet balance to buy monthly plan/ add-ons. Thank you for your understanding!

  • This is not a special promo! Feel free to buy the 1-Year plan anytime!

  • Auto-Renewal (if on): If you have auto top-up enabled, your mobile plan will automatically renew to the same monthly mobile plan. For example, an $11.80 1-Year Plan would renew to an $11.80 monthly plan. Your service will continue without interruption.

    No Auto-Renewal: If auto top-up is not enabled, you will need to login to your account to select  a new mobile plan. We encourage you to turn on auto top-up so that your services will continue without interruption.
